Junt is a jobsite that differentiates itself through an innovative approach from the existing initiatives through a no cure no pay model of real time profile & opportunity matching.

The concept primarily consists in an internet platform which largely automates and optimises the preliminary stage in the recruitment and selection process. The junt.be platform, targeting at both active and latent jobseekers and employers, automatically determines in a fast, simple and efficient manner to what extent profiles match with the requested specific job requirements in job vacancies.

Being particular to the business model it is driven by an underlying logic that automatically calculates the matching results between supply and demand in the labour market and provides an immediate feedback to the employer on the basis of a number of predetermined parameters. These fully automated matching results are delivered to the mailbox of the applicant employer.

Junt currently focuses on sales, purchase, marketing and administrative job vacancies. These job vacancies are appropriate for high level, midcareer and low level functions, inside jobs and outside jobs, full time jobs and part-time jobs, various contract types and national jobs and international jobs.
