Katshiunga Galerie is een artistieke en participatieve ruimte, geleid door kunstenaar David Katshiunga, waar momenteel zijn schilderwerk wordt tentoongesteld. Via deze galerie wil hij hedendaagse Afrikaanse kunst promoten.
Zijn werken verkennen thema’s zoals identiteit, herinnering en erfgoed, door een uitgesproken gebruik van zwart en wit op hout, waarbij het materiaal zelf een echte drager wordt van verhaal en emotie.
De galerie organiseert ook schilderworkshops, opgevat als momenten van overdracht, uitwisseling en ontmoeting rond de artistieke praktijk.
