I am from Hong Kong, travelling through Europe, and had to visit the famous city of Brugge, in Belgium. While window shopping, I came across this store and casually wandered in. Yes, I am so pleased that I did, as I ended up buying many things. But being short for European sizes, I was hesitant on all the clothes. Guess what? The owner (Belinda) offered to professionally adjust all purchases within 2 hours .. wow. And at the end, Belinda also said she would help me get my tax refund back (for tourists). And she did this. I received my money. Everything done via emailing a scanned copy of the stamped receipt as proof at the airport. Never ever had I experienced this level of support. Never.
