Old Geneva

The base of our old genevas is a grain spirit produced in our own grain distillery with rye, wheat and malt being the only and natural raw materials. After saccharification and fermentation, the traditional distilling process is started with a distillation column and an alembic. The produced grain spirit contains the natural aroma and flavour of the grains that were used.
